Two Print Areas for a Clearer Message
A wristband has limited space. Giving your logo and supporting text separate print areas can keep the design organized and make each element easier to read.
Place your main branding in one area and use the second for a short message, event name or supporting graphic. You can request matching artwork or different designs for the two areas.

How to Prepare Your Double-Sided Artwork
Label the two designs. Name the files Area A and Area B, and include all wording exactly as it should appear.
Mark the print positions. Use a simple sketch, reference photo or annotated layout to show where each design belongs.
Confirm the reading direction. Indicate how each design should face in relation to the other.
Provide color references. List the band color and the print colors for each area separately.
Review at actual size. Check small text, thin lines and spacing at the intended print dimensions.
Approve both areas together. Review the complete wristband layout before confirming production.
Vector artwork in AI, EPS or PDF format is preferred. Convert fonts to outlines where possible. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send the highest-resolution version available for review.
Sample Approval and Bulk Production
A physical sample helps you check the fit, band color, print appearance and relationship between the two designs.
Before approval, review both print areas for spelling, position, orientation and legibility. Confirm the quantity for each version, packaging breakdown and delivery details at the same time.
Production is scheduled after the required approvals and agreed deposit. Sampling, production and shipping times are confirmed separately according to your project.
