Easily design your custom wristband
Printed - This inscription style is where the message/artwork is printed directly onto the exterior of the band.
Debossed - The text/logos are pressed into the silicone, resulting in a “sunken in” effect. This inscription style does not include ink.
Ink Injected - Recession of the letters/artwork into the silicone acts as a cradle for the ink that is injected.
Color-Coated – The design is cut through the outer color layer to reveal the contrasting silicone color underneath.
Embossed – The text/graphics are raised on the wristband’s surface giving a 3-D, elevated design.
Embossed Printed – The raised personalization is printed with a single-color ink.
1. Prepare Rubber Material
Silicone is a bonded polymer substance with numerous elastomeric qualities. This is because they are both flexible and water resistant. For most rubber bracelets, the right choice is silicone.
2. Mold the Silicone Wristband
The prepared silicone is placed into a custom mold and formed under controlled heat and pressure. After cooling, the wristband is removed from the mold for trimming and further logo processing.
3. Edge Cutting
After moulding, trim the edges of the bands with a machine to give its smooth and desired edges.
4. Colour the Logo or Wording
There are different printing techniques for different logo styles. The bands when brought out of the mould don’t have their logos or wording coloured so after moulding, you have to print the colours.
