The following is a brief introduction to the material

Polyester

Features: Most commonly used! High strength, wear resistance, stretch resistance, not easy to deform, good color fastness (bright and long-lasting colors), washable/perspiration resistant, low cost. Applicable scenarios: Most activities, concerts, exhibitions. Printing: Screen printing has the best effect and the ink adheres firmly.

Nylon

Features: Extremely strong (better than polyester), soft and smooth, good elasticity, excellent wear resistance, comfortable feel. Applicable scenarios: High-end activities, wristbands that need to be adjusted frequently, occasions with high comfort requirements (such as children's wristbands). Printing: Special treatment (such as coating) is required to ensure ink adhesion, and the cost is slightly higher.

Cotton

Features: natural material, moisture-absorbing and breathable, soft and skin-friendly, environmentally friendly and biodegradable. Applicable scenarios: environmental protection theme/health activities, short-term indoor activities. Printing: suitable for water-based ink, but the pattern is easy to smudge and the fineness is low.

Silk screen printing

The most commonly used and economical process. Principle: Scrape the ink onto the button surface through the screen. Advantages: Low cost (especially for large quantities), small equipment investment, many ink options (bright colors), strong coverage (light colors can be printed on dark substrates), relatively simple operation. Applicable: Logo, simple text, single color or a small number of spot color patterns.

Heat transfer printing

Principle: Print the pattern on the transfer film in advance, and transfer the pattern to the button surface by heating and pressurizing. Advantages: The pattern is highly refined, and can print complex images, gradients, and photo-level effects; the colors are bright and full; the adhesion is good, and the abrasion resistance is usually better than silk screen printing; it can be printed on curved or irregular surfaces. Applicable: Occasions with extremely high requirements for printing effects (such as exquisite logos, complex patterns) and sufficient budget. Disposable products are rarely used unless the brand image requirements are extremely high.
