Introduction to disposable wrist straps
A disposable wrist strap is a single-use identification strap equipped with a special buckle. Once worn and locked, it cannot be removed without damage, ensuring the uniqueness and security of identity or authority. It is widely used in event management, access control, medical identification and other fields.

Core features
Lock buckle design:
Common one-way ratchet or press buckle
When worn, insert the end of the wristband into the buckle and tighten it to lock it. It can only be removed by cutting and destroying, effectively preventing private transmission or reuse.

Disposable use:
Designed for single events or short-term scenarios, it is cost-effective, does not require recycling and maintenance, and ensures hygiene.

Material:
Polyester (polyester fiber) is the most common material choice.
Advantages: High strength, wear resistance, tear resistance, not easy to pilling, washable (not easy to be damaged by contact with water), good color performance, and high cost performance.

Pattern/Logo printing:
The surface of the wristband can be customized to print event information, logo, number, barcode/QR code, text, date, color partition, etc.

Main printing processes:
Heat transfer:
The design pattern is pre-printed on the transfer film, and the pattern is transferred to the surface of the polyester wristband through heat pressing.
Advantages: Fine pattern, bright and full color, good wear resistance, smooth feel. Very suitable for complex logos, gradient colors, photo-level patterns and barcodes/QR codes (high-precision recognition).

Screen printing:
The ink is scraped onto the surface of the wristband using a screen.
Single-sided printing: Print only on the front of the wristband. The most common and the lowest cost.
Double-sided printing: Print on both sides of the wristband. The cost is higher than single-sided printing, suitable for scenarios where information needs to be displayed on both sides (such as different languages on the front and back, or different important information on the front and back).
Advantages: Strong ink coverage (especially light color printed on dark background), low cost of single color or simple pattern, high production efficiency (especially single color large batch).
